MI
MI is less of a therapeutic approach and more of a way of being.
You are the expert in your life. You call the shots.
My job is to help you make the changes that YOU want to make in your life.
It is normal to wrestle with ambivalence (Do I stay the same? Or do I make a change?) And it's also normal to feel really motivated one day, and not so much the next.
My job is to work with you however ready you are and to help you stay motivated and aligned to what is most important to you.
