If you've ever noticed yourself saying "a part of me is interested, but....." you've already embraced the basic idea of IFS, whether you're aware of it or not!
This 3-hour introduction to IFS will help you to begin to build a roadmap to develop your own psychological practice for personal growth and well-being. You will learn how to work on your own, or with a therapist, to transform psychological issues by beginning to access Self (the core aspect of yourself that can heal your parts) and better understanding your protectors (the parts that defend us from pain or danger).
This workshop is experiential with guided meditations, exercises for self-exploration and an opportunity to connect with others.
