Wholehearted Living -Online group
May 6th to July 8th from 7-8:30pm 

This group is an invitation to take advantage of the collective pause we are experiencing with COVID-19 to let go of you who you think you should be and embrace who you are. 


As a group, we will work through Brené Brown's curriculum for the10 guideposts for Wholehearted Living found in her book The Gifts of Imperfection.  Using the creativity of art journalling we will explore what you would like to set down in order to cultivate a meaningful and joyful life

We are all creative beings.  Art journalling is an opportunity to explore our lives from a different perspective.  This group is suitable for all artistic levels- if you can't draw a straight line, don't be scared away! We are focused more on the process of creating and the great conversation it generates when we do this work together.
